Tom and Sandie's Wedding and the Rock a Hula Luau!

What a beautiful day! It was a joy to watch the creation of the new Crawford family. Sandie was elegant and stunningly beautiful and Tom was quite dashing in his uniform and all four girls looked just adorable. Best of all, they all looked happy. The ceremony was touching, tailored to Tom and Sandie's personality and their new blended family with special touches to include all of the girls. Watching as the girls were thanked and presented with cross necklaces and hugs brought tears to my eyes....ok, ok, I was puddling up all day anyway, but that part was particularly neat. Following the ceremony was a beautifully catered reception, courtesy of Sandie's mom and extended family. I didn't get a picture of it but that fruit and chocolate table will live on in my dreams.....

After a tasteful and elegant reception we proceeded to the compound for a party Compound Style complete with the groom and his lovely bride on the back of a Go-Kart and jumping in the pool with her veil on (our version of pronouncing the couple husband and wife)! With kids all over the place and the whole porch covered in food - Cyndi and Jules, you are both lifesavers and thanks so much for all the help - and Mark doing double duty as host, dad, DJ and safety marshall, it truly was a Rock a Hula Luau! Thanks to everyone who came, we enjoyed having you and hope to see you all come Labor Day!
Love Mark and Alli and everyone at the compound and especially those of you who helped me clean up! ;)

ps... the beautiful pictures above were taken by Renee who photographed the wedding as a gift for Sandie and caught the bouquet...guess she's next!

Thanks Renee! We can't wait to see the rest of the pictures.

Just Married Compound Style...too bad we forgot to tie the beer cans to the back...

Celebrate!

Now they're really taking the plunge! (yukyukyuk)

What better way to start a marriage?

And at the end of a beautiful day Mr. and Mrs. Crawford get ready to head off to Hawaii and into the sunset...

What a beautiful couple - and what a great new family! I guess I've been out of the loop, I didn't realize Tom had two daughters too! Good luck with that! You're going to have to add at least two new bathrooms to your house. Wonderful pictures. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone soon. Love, Deana
